RusAndes Global Markets

Division 02 · Financial education

Build your decision framework before building a portfolio.

An educational pathway for organizing goals, time horizon, liquidity, risk, and diversification before making your own investment decisions.

RusAndes does not recommend specific products, manage money, or execute trades. All content is educational and general.

A pathway for people who want to invest with a method.

Designed for professionals and independent earners who save or invest on their own and want to rely less on headlines, trends, and isolated recommendations.

It may fit you if…

  • You have assets or savings but no written policy.
  • You want to understand how asset classes work together.
  • You need to organize horizon, liquidity, and risk exposure.
  • You prefer an explainable process to impulsive decisions.

It is not a pathway for…

  • Signals, day trades, or return promises.
  • Personalized allocations, percentages, or assets.
  • Custody, management, or transfer of funds.
  • Individualized financial, legal, or tax advice.

Decisions come before assets.

The framework organizes the questions a person should address before investing. It does not produce a personalized recommendation.

01Goal and constraints

We define what the capital is intended to fund and which conditions matter: near-term needs, currency, commitments, and personal limits.

02Time horizon and liquidity

We separate when money may be needed from how much should remain available. A long horizon does not remove short-term needs.

03Risk capacity and tolerance

We explain the difference between being able to absorb a loss and feeling comfortable with volatility. This is educational, not a regulatory suitability assessment.

04Roles and diversification

We compare function, risk, and concentration across asset classes, sectors, geographies, currencies, and issuers. Diversification cannot eliminate loss risk.

05Review rules

We organize questions for reviewing changes in goals, horizon, and exposure. We explain rebalancing without telling a person what to buy or sell.

06Cross-cutting costs and risks

We include costs, taxes, currency, volatility, counterparty exposure, custody, and information quality within the educational analysis.

Understand the role and the risks, not only the asset name.

Examples are used only to teach concepts. We do not present tickers, platforms, or products as suitable for a person.

What you can organize with us.

The session turns scattered questions into a framework you can understand and review. It does not deliver a recommended portfolio.

Decision map

An educational structure for goals, horizon, liquidity, risks, and constraints to organize your analysis.

02

Function matrix

A resource for comparing the possible role of each asset class and the risks that require research.

03

Five steps, always educational.

  1. Initial inquiry

We confirm what you want to learn and whether the pathway fits your need.

  2. Context

We organize general goals, horizon, experience, and key questions.

  3. Session

We explain the framework, concepts, and risks relevant to your learning.

  4. Resources

We share educational templates, a glossary, and sources for continued research.

  5. Next step

We identify open questions and when to contact an authorized professional.

Your money always remains under your control.

Before requesting a session.

Will RusAndes build my portfolio for me?

No. We explain an educational framework. We do not provide a personalized allocation or tell clients what to buy, sell, or hold.

Do you recommend specific investments?

We do not provide individualized recommendations. Any asset or scenario shown is a general educational example only.

Does RusAndes receive or manage money?

No. RusAndes does not receive, custody, or manage funds, and does not execute or transmit orders.

Does diversification prevent losses?

No. It may reduce concentration risk, but it cannot guarantee gains or prevent losses.

Do I need prior experience?

No. We adjust the level of explanation while maintaining the same boundary: general education, not personalized recommendations.

What if I need a personalized recommendation?

You should consult a properly authorized firm or professional in your jurisdiction. The session can help you prepare better questions for that conversation.

Start with a clear conversation.

Tell us what you want to understand and which decisions you need to organize. We will confirm whether our educational pathway fits your situation.
