• Global Markets: Education, research, and general guidance on markets and assets, without custody, brokerage, or trade execution
• Accommodation Services: Evaluation of furnished-stay options in Bogotá, subject to availability and applicable conditions
• Digital Systems: Conversion-focused websites, technical SEO foundations, measurement setup, lead workflows, and controlled business automation

Specific terms for each service category are provided at the time of engagement.

3. Financial Services Disclaimer

All content related to Global Markets, foreign exchange, cryptocurrency, equities, hydrocarbons, commodities, and digital assets is provided for informational and educational purposes. It is not individualized financial, legal, or tax advice. RusAndes Blockchain does not act as a broker, custodian, registered investment adviser, or financial institution.

Each person remains responsible for financial decisions and for determining whether an operation or strategy fits their objectives and risk tolerance. Consult authorized professionals when appropriate.

4. Educational Services

RusAndes provides independent guidance and does not represent listed universities unless express authorization is identified. 5. Accommodation Services

Public accommodation information is preliminary and does not constitute a reservation. Availability, pricing, property, operator, and applicable conditions are confirmed before accepting payment or entering into a booking. No tourism registration or specific authorization is claimed without current documentary verification.

6. Digital Systems Services

Digital Systems projects are governed by the applicable proposal or service agreement, including scope, deliverables, timelines, revision limits, client responsibilities, third-party services, access, support, and handoff. Website, SEO, analytics, and automation work does not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads, sales, revenue, or uninterrupted operation.

Clients are responsible for providing authorized access, lawful and accurate content, valid instructions, and any notices or consent required for their data collection and communications. Core client accounts should remain client-owned or recoverable by the client.
