RusAndes Blockchain reserves the right to modify these terms at any time; continued use following modifications constitutes acceptance.
2. Services Description
RusAndes Blockchain provides three categories of services:
- International Programs: Language education and academic mobility programs
- Global Markets: Advisory, brokerage guidance, portfolio construction, and consulting services related to global assets, foreign exchange, cryptocurrency, equities, hydrocarbons, and commodities
- Accommodation Services: Short and long-term furnished apartment rentals in Bogotá, Colombia
Specific terms for each service category are provided at the time of engagement.
3. Financial Services Disclaimer
All content on this Site related to Global Markets, foreign exchange, cryptocurrency, equities, hydrocarbons, commodities, and digital assets is provided for informational, educational, and advisory purposes and does not constitute legal or tax advice. RusAndes Blockchain is not a licensed investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial institution under the regulations of Colombia (SFC), the United States (SEC/FINRA), or any other jurisdiction.
Clients remain responsible for their own financial decisions and for evaluating whether a strategy is appropriate for their objectives. RusAndes Blockchain provides consulting, market education, and guidance services and accepts no liability for losses arising from reliance on information provided through this Site or advisory services.
4. Educational Services
Enrollment in language programs or university pathway services does not guarantee academic outcomes, institutional admission, scholarship awards, or visa approval. Immigration and visa processes are the sole responsibility of the applicant. RusAndes Blockchain does not provide legal immigration advice and is not a licensed immigration consultant.
5. Accommodation Services
All accommodation bookings are subject to the specific terms provided at the time of reservation. Pricing, availability, and property specifications are subject to change without notice. RusAndes Blockchain operates in compliance with applicable Colombian tourism regulations (RNT — Registro Nacional de Turismo).
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, icons, and design elements — is the property of RusAndes Blockchain and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RusAndes Blockchain shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the 30 days preceding the claim.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any disputes arising from use of this Site or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Bogotá D.C., Colombia, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.
